I am seeking a housemate to share my home in Levenshulme, South Manchester.🏡

Levenshulme is a vibrant neighbourhood, with lots of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and lots of parks.

There’s a variety of good transport options located a few minutes walk away: Levenshulme Train Station is a 3 minute walk away and has regular trains to Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport. There’s also lots of local bus routes available for across Manchester and Stockport located a few minutes walk away.

The house itself is a large Victorian house, with lots of free parking available nearby.

The room comes with a double bed and memory foam mattress. There’s a desk and chair and large triple rail built in wardrobe and above cupboard space.

The house has a beautiful garden which is south facing so gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

The bathroom is shared for two bedrooms.

The price is inclusive of all bills.

A little bit about me. I am 32 years old and work as a Reiki & Sekhem practitioner. I have a really friendly indoor only cat named Jasmine (hypoallergenic type). I love all things holistic and wellness related, travelling and visiting new countries, and love live music and festivals.
