2 Rooms Available - Levenshulme

Hi! I’m Ella, I’m 27, and I own a 3 bed house in Levenshulme (8 min walk from high street and train station). I live in the house and my 2 flatmates will be moving out on 15th and 30th September. Both rooms come fully furnished with a double bed (no desk in 1 room). There is a communal bathroom, and a downstairs loo. The downstairs is semi-open plan, with an open plan dining room/brand new kitchen with full size separate fridge and freezer and a separate living room. There is also a large paved garden with garden furniture. The house is equipped with a full security system and there is unrestricted parking on the road outside. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ included in rent along with all bills.

Appreciate the sound of living with your landlady might not appeal to everyone - I am genuinely laid back and easy to get along with. I’ve lived with friends and initial strangers for years and I like to make friends with the people I live with. I’ve lived in Manchester for 9 years having gone to uni here, but originally from down south. I work in insurance and in the office usually 4-5 days a week, and out the house from 7:30am-7pm. I like the odd night out but you can usually find me at the cinema or at home watching TV.

I have a strong preference to live with other women and happy to consider post-graduate/PhD students. Non smokers (vaping allowed in the house) and clean and tidy people preferred :)
