The house is a large traditional 3 storey Victorian mid-terrace and is well located for 2 mature professionals needing quick transport to Manchester or Salford, and neighbourhood amenities. I am looking for 2 tenants preferably friends (but not essential) and the move-in date would be 15th October (but could be earlier if required by you). I am the owner of the property and I am a live-in landlord. I work abroad as a DJ in South East Asia from October to May each year so I will only be at the house during the 4 summer months. Therefore, I am looking for 2 people who are trustworthy, responsible and respectful of our tidy home. I am also looking for long-term tenants if possible. I like a little drink at the weekend but it's definitely not a party house.

There is excellent access to green space - we are 2 mins from the Fallowfield Loop path, for easy cycling or walking through south and east Manchester. Also close by are Cringle Park (2 mins walk), the 70-acre Highfield Country Park (10 mins walk), and Reddish Vale (15 min cycle).
