Double Room In Levenshulme

We have 1 double bedroom available in a 4-room household in Levenshulme.

About the house: semi-detached with a big back garden and on street parking, 4 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. About 12 minutes walk from Levenshulme train station (6 minutes into Manchester/Stockport) and bus stops to Manchester (15-20 minutes) and Stockport (20 minutes).

About the bedroom: fully furnished with bed and two chest of drawers. Note that this bedroom is not very ideal for someone who works from home as there's NO space for a desk. Best to be viewed in person so you can get an understanding of the space.

We really like Levenshulme - it’s got some great pubs, couple yummy food spots and a nice community feel. Nearby is the Old Levenshulme Library with an array of free/paid classes for crafts, yoga, choir. There's also the community gym (Arcadia) with a swimming pool, within 10 minutes walk.

Rent: £450 without bills (electricity-gas, council tax) (internet is included in the rent), bills come to about £75 per month, plus £75 every 6 months for water.

Irini: works in hospitality and loves to cook and go to gigs
Sophie: works in charity sector and loves a hike
Marina: also works in charity sector and loves a wild swim

We are friends as well as housemates so ideally someone up for a social home :)
