I am semi retired and very active hence busy most days. Its a very friendly warm home and this would ideally suit a professional or higher student PHD etc.
The room is available 28 Feb 2026.
I have hosted young students for years but now would rather someone more independent.
We have two adorable cats no other pets.
Long or short lets considered.
Levenshulme has excellent transport links for motherway, trains and buses.
LGBTQ person would be nice but not nessacerry.
