I have a large double room with brand new furniture available in my house. £600 rent PCM, with all bills included.

You will be sharing with 1 other professional (me, the landlord) and another lodger. So there would be three of us in total (including you hopefully).

The house has 4 bedrooms, including this one and another bedroom available for occasional guest usage. You are welcome to have guests use this room too. :)

It comes with all major appliances (cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, kettle) and super quick fibre-optic broadband (1000Mb/s).

The available bedroom is spacious, has fitted wardrobes/chest of drawers/mirror and also comes with a smaller bedside table/chest of drawers unit, plus new carpet and a brand new bed/mattress (hybrid memory foam/pocket springs). There is plenty of room for any other furniture that you might like to add, too.

There is a separate living room/dining area, and you are more than welcome to make use of it. There are also two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) and an already well-equipped kitchen (gas cooker, air fryer, microwave).

The house is about 10 minutes' walk from Stockport Road (A6), where there are plenty of buses to both Stockport and Manchester city centre. Levenshulme train station is also just over 10 minutes' walk away, where trains will take you to Piccadilly from in less than 7 minutes.

It would be nice to live with someone who I have some things in common with and who is happy to hang out in the living room/kitchen occasionally and such as well as go out for the occasional pint/pub quiz/climb/cinema trip, but ultimately I have my own life as well and I fully appreciate that the same will most likely be true for you too. :) I respect my lodgers' privacy and I ask for the same in return.

Last but not least, I also share the house with my cat, so it would be ideal if you were a cat lover!
