Looking for new flat mate!

Title: Cosy double room in Levenshulme, move in January 6th!

Hello! We are looking for a third person for our flat in Levenshulme. The flat is modern, bright and airy, with an open kitchen plan and wet-room style bathroom.

About us: We are Tom (27) and Laurence (25). We both work at HOME MCR, and pursue film-making and creative stuff on the side. We love films and regularly go on cinema and theatre trips. We like having meals together, playing board-games, doing pub quizzes or just going for a pint. We’re looking for someone around the same age as us who is open to hanging out but also tidy and respectful. We like to keep the flat clean and both just muck in with the cleaning as and when it needs doing.

The rent is £415 per month, with bills coming to roughly £120 on top (including council tax). Levenshulme is a great area to live, with lots of nice cafes, pubs and green spaces to enjoy.
