Spacious double room available in a chill 2-bed house in Manchester. 2 minutes walk from the park and a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Trains run regularly from Levenshulme to Manchester Piccadilly regularly that take just 5 minutes.

The room is the largest at the front of the house with loads of natural light and plenty of storage. It comes fully furnished and has a double bed and wardrobe space already set-up for you. Happy to show you round and answer any questions.

The house has a small garden and a resident cat, Jess, who’d love some extra company (she’s a rescue cat and a little clingy sweetheart). Neighbours are lovely. Please no one allergic to cats unless you don’t mind sneezing - cat lovers are a plus!!!
