Unfurnished room with 29 yr old female housemate

Hi I’m Elli, 29 and just bought this house a couple of months ago in Levenshulme. A friend was due to move in with me but she’s been delayed by approximately 6 months. Looking for (ideally) another young woman to take the room for 6 months but this will be flexible, maybe shorter but likely longer. Looking for someone to move in asap!

The location is amazing. Super close to Stockport Road, 192 bus comes every few mins taking you to Manchester or Stockport and 8 min walk to Levenshulme train station. Loads of good pubs, bars, food, parks and more around! Council tax band A and that's included in the £600 rent including bills. Cheapest you'll find in the area!

There are 2 pictures of what your room looks like now with an air mattress for reference! The others are from the ad when I bought the house, so the living room and middle room look different now. The living room is currently sofa bed, armchair and projector. Dining table in middle room. We’ll be sharing the whole house which includes an extra small office room. Your room is the middle one on the floor plan.

A bit about me: I’ve recently quit my job in the music industry and now studying for a masters in Sociology. I love to go out and have fun but equally appreciate chilling and an early night most of the time. I like most music except heavy metal, too intense techno and cringe country!
