Room in bright and spacious house in levenshulme

Me and my housemate are looking for preferably a girl / non binary person to move in to our lovely spacious home .

Please note there will be only the mattress and desk in your room when moving :) the chair and bike ect will be removed!

We are a very chilled vibe we are looking for a grounded person who is kind and open minded and likes to take care of their environment . We have built a great energy that feels age appropriate , safe and fun for mid - late twenties , we keep it nice , we are not too strict but have open and kind dialogue when things need doing. We both have our own lives but enjoy our catch ups and gossips . We like to have our friends round now and then and for them to feel at home and welcome . The garden is great for bbqs and fun fires in the summer.

The room you will have is on the ground floor and has lots of light. Feel free to change the curtains!

It can get cold in winter so rent is cheap but we are keeping the heating on currently to avoid mould. Bills will come to around 175ish over winter and 150 afterwards.

Our non negotiable is just that you also want to keep communal areas nice and tidy so visitors can enjoy and are considerate of sharing. The second thing is you keep open communication and are empathetic for anything which may impact the house. I’m also trying to invest in nice furniture to make the place a bit more fresh - this is a hobby of mine!

I work in education and I’m a freelance exhibiton designer and my housemate works in post production and does freelance photography.

In my spare time I enjoy doing more work as I’m very ambitious lol , bad tv, making meals with friends, netball, cinema hiking and going on short trips to Europe. My housemate loves the pub, events , pole dancing , drives and has amazing taste in music .

It’s great for transport links , you can get to the city in less than 20 mins via walk and train, or 25 mins by bus !

There are good local pubs if you fancy localising .
