🚿 Bathroom situation. I work Monday to Friday and and use the bathroom in the mornings around 8.50am - 9.20am so ideally someone who doesn't clash with those times would be good. On Fridays I work earlier and use the bathroom roughly 8am -8.20am 🛀

ABOUT ME💚💚💚
I am a new home owner! I like plants, animals, healing, gardening, family (they come to stay occasionally) creativity, poker (new hobby! ) diy, dancing, gym, music, sense of community and connection. I used to go out a lot but I tend to stay home these days because I am old and tired 🦕. Having said that, I occasionally do out dancing all night long💃 😅 but I am quiet when I come in. Occasionally I might have people pop in for a cup of tea.
I don't drink alcohol but dont mind if you do :) it is not a loud party house though. I'm very active in summer, sometimes working in the garden all day until 10pm, and in winter I can be found under a pile of blankets in bed with biscuits, hibernating.
I am neurodiverse (adhd, but a tamed one!) So someone who is aware of what that means would be good. I am bit of a night owl on weekends, but I am considerate with noise and would also like a considerate housemate who isn't loud very early or very late (I respect my neighbours also.) I have blue tooth headphones etc.
I might have a random project from time to like rescuing an old piece of furniture and sanding/painting it! (In the garden.)
I'm looking for laid back housemate, but someone who will clean up after themselves after they've used the kitchen/bathroom. Happy to create a cleaning rota if you want and take turns each week. I'm deffo not a militant super clean freak, but I'd like definitely like communal areas to remain tidy and no dishes piling up in the sink etc. If you are a very clinical minimalist type then I didn't think my bohemian creative house would be your cuppa tea though.
I do keep to myself sometimes as my job is tiring, especially in the winter hibernation months 🛌🌙. Other times I like meaningful chats about culture life, psychology, humans. Whilst I can be really chatty at times and have deep and conversations, I do really value my own space too especially during the week. I'd ideally like someone who is balanced, mature, (but not too serious) and someone who also has a social life out of the house sometimes, and isn't a total house-bound hermit 24/7! 😄 I sometimes go away to see my family, so you'd occasionally have weekends alone too.
😺🐈 I might consider someone with a cat, as long as there isn't a smelly cat litter and as long as they don't scratch the furniture! I don't have a cat flap though. My wooden floors are not treated/oiled, so I am not sure I could have a dog here full time as it might wreck the floors ££ . I'll think about it, potentially for slight rent increase to account for the inevitable pet wear and tear. No barky barky though. 🗣🗣
