Double room in Levenshulme

Hi 👋🏾 I’m Vanessa and I’m looking for a flatmate (f) currently as my current housemate is buying a house! I love languages (Spanish) and learning about other cultures. I try to stay active by jogging and climbing but I equally love my food! I’m considerate of others, tidy and enjoy the occasional night out but also like staying in watching films.

I’d like to share with someone who is respectful of others and were we could get on easily together and have the occasional movie night but we could also happily do our own thing. My work is flexible - I am sometimes based in the office (on average 2 days) and sometimes at home. I’m also studying a masters part time. I have a cat called Maci - she's 3 and very playful so someone who likes cats is essential :)

The room is a large double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and table and chair. There is off road parking available and a garden. The house is located round the corner from High Field Country Park which links on to the Fallowfield Loop and the neighbours are friendly (mostly families). There is a bathroom upstairs and a small downstairs toilet.

Levenshulme has a few nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. The train station is about 10/15 mins walk away. You can get the bus into town from the main road (A6) which takes 15/20 mins. There are lots of local supermarkets (Aldi, Tesco, Asda) nearby. There is a deposit £100.
