Spacious double bedroom available in our lovely, big house in Levenshulme, South Manchester!

Reposting as roomie needed for 8th March!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a back ‘yarden’ which is a sun trap in the warmer months, and cosy living room and spacious kitchen/dining room.

Rent is 550 p/m (excl. bills), with on street parking available if you have a car!

Levvy is a lush little community, with plenty of independent coffee shops, brunch spots and bars, as well as green spaces in Highfields + Cringle Park. Loads of tasty takeaways and Middle Eastern markets for fresh ingredients too ! The house is a 7min walk from a nearby train station (connecting you to Manc city centre in 6 mins + Stockport) and on plenty of bus routes.

A bit about us…

Daisy - London ex pat, I just moved to Manchester for a whole new northern adventure. I’m inbetween careers as a makeup artist and a carpenter, so not sure where I’ll end up but either way I love talking glam and construction. I love to be outside gardening, wholesome dinners, I recently got into kickboxing so looking for a club to join here, obsessed with films and going out parting before I get too old lol

I’m Sophie - Boltonian lass who loves yoga, cooking, art, and catching live gigs whenever I can. When I’m not working, you’ll find me curled up with a book, watching movies, exploring galleries, or enjoying a lil boogie! I’m in the office 3 days a week. I love meeting new people and would be excited to welcome someone into the house!

Taylor - I'm working as AM/barista at Something More Productive in Withington. Means I can make some very nice coffee, and know the best coffee spots ! Other hobbies include knitting, reading & I love to cook, looking forward to doing some house dinner parties :) Also love going on hikes and just getting into climbing!
