The outdoor space includes a dining area, bar, BBQ, pizza oven, and outdoor kitchen, along with hammock hooks and loungers — ideal for making the most of good weather.

Inside, there are two generously sized living rooms, each with comfortable seating, so there’s plenty of space to relax, socialise, or enjoy your own downtime without feeling crowded.

The house is situated in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac with unrestricted on-street parking available.

You’re just a 30-second walk from Long Boi's Bakehouse, one of Manchester’s best-loved bakeries. A Tesco supermarket is only 4 minutes away, along with Levenshulme high street, which offers a great mix of independent bars, restaurants, and international supermarkets.

Levenshulme is known for its strong community feel and vibrant food scene. You’ll find everything from artisan bakeries and coffee shops to global street food and casual dining. The area also hosts regular markets and pop-up events, giving it a lively, social atmosphere without the intensity of the city centre.

For outdoor space, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the Fallowfield Loop and Cringle Park. A 10-minute walk along the Loop brings you to Highfield Country Park and the well-known Levenshulme waterfall — great for walks, running, or cycling.

Currently, the house is occupied by myself and my girlfriend. A second double bedroom will also be listed, meaning there will be a total of four people living in the house by the end of the summer.
