Spacious double attic bedroom available in our lovely, big house in Levenshulme, South Manchester!

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a back yarden (a real sun trap in summer!), a cosy living room and a spacious kitchen/dining room.

Rent is £550pcm, with bills averaging around £125pcm. On-street parking available.

Levenshulme is a lush little community, with plenty of independent coffee shops, brunch spots and bars, as well as green spaces like Highfield Country Park/ Cringle Park. There are loads of great takeaways and Middle Eastern supermarkets and a big tesco. The house is less than a ten minute walk from the train station (6 mins into Manchester city centre and direct to Stockport), with plenty of bus routes on our doorstep.

A bit about us…

Jack – 27, bag o’ fun. Artist and barmaid. Loves socialising, music, films, art and travel. My friends call me Aunty Jackie ❤️

Sophie – 30, Boltonian lass working in the Civil Service. Love music, art, hiking, yoga and ballet. Found exploring galleries, getting outdoors or enjoying a cheeky glass of vino. Can also whip up a pretty good vegan curry.

Taylor – 22 and work as an assistant manager/barista, which means I can make some very nice coffee and know all the best coffee spots! Other hobbies include knitting, reading and cooking. I also love going on hikes and climbing!

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy-going who enjoys a chat but also respects everyone’s space. We all get on well and would love to find someone who’ll feel at home here.

Move-in date: 8th August.

We’ll be holding viewings during the week commencing 12th July.
