The house has been newly renovated to a high standard and is a home more than a typical house share.

There are two separate living rooms, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, socialise or have downtime away from their bedroom.

The large modern kitchen also has its own sofa and leads directly out into the garden. It’s well equipped with plenty of storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Rangemaster oven, and a massive American-style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water.

The garden is one of the main highlights of the house. It has been newly landscaped and includes an outdoor dining area, bar, BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, two loungers and hammock hooks, making it a great space for summer evenings and weekends.

The house is on Fir Grove, M19 2ET, in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac with free unrestricted parking directly outside.

It’s in a brilliant location, just a 3-minute walk to Levenshulme train station and around 4 minutes to the 192 bus route, which runs every few minutes with late-night services.
You’re also only a short walk from Levenshulme high street, Tesco, independent bars, restaurants, cafés, international supermarkets and Long Boi’s Bakehouse.

For green space, the house is around a 5-minute walk to the Fallowfield Loop and Cringle Park, with Highfield Country Park and the well-known Levenshulme waterfall around a 10-minute walk along the Loop. Great if you’re into walking, running or cycling.

👥 Housemates

It’s currently myself and my boyfriend living here. We’re clean, tidy and respectful, but also enjoy socialising, cooking, baking, exercising, hiking and playing sport.

We’re looking for like-minded professionals who want a relaxed, homely house, enjoy a bit of socialising, but are also respectful of other people’s space and downtime.

From the New Year, myself and my boyfriend will be travelling and will be away for most of the next couple of years. Once both rooms are filled, this means the house will often mainly be shared between the two of you, giving you plenty of space and independence while still having a homely base.
