You’re also only a short walk from Levenshulme high street, Tesco, independent bars, restaurants, cafés, international supermarkets and Long Boi’s Bakehouse.
For green space, the house is around a 5-minute walk to the Fallowfield Loop and Cringle Park, with Highfield Country Park and the well-known Levenshulme waterfall around a 10-minute walk along the Loop. Great if you’re into walking, running or cycling.

From the New Year, myself and my boyfriend will be travelling and will be away for most of the next couple of years. Once both rooms are filled, this means the house will often mainly be shared between the two of you, giving you plenty of space and independence while still having a homely base.
