Cosy Room in Levenshulme - Handy For Town

* Available 10th August * We're looking for a nice girl / gay-friendly guy to join our house just up the road from Levenshulme station (6 minutes to Piccadilly).

We have a small, cosy room available at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

There is a comfy double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

It's 350 pounds a month including all bills (except energy which we share), payable monthly. Deposit £400.

Our big Victorian house has super fast broadband (with 2 routers), a big kitchen with new appliances, a sitting room and a separate telly room with a 50 inch big screen. There are also two bathrooms.

We're on a quiet street, but very close to Stockport Road for the 192 and 7 mins walk from the train station.

There is loads of green space nearby, including a big, wild country park.

Current house is two gay guys in their 20s - both hard-working. The landlord (also gay) stays occasional weekends.

We're looking for another professional who will treat the house and the others in it with respect.
