A newly decorated double room in a two bedroom terraced house in Levenshulme. The house is opposite a large park and is a ten minute walk to Levenshulme train station.

All bills are included (gas, electric, water, broadband, Sky TV and TV license)

£350 per month
£350 deposit

There is plenty of on street parking and the house is opposite a beautiful park perfect for an evening walk, run or just to chill out in.

A bit about me...I'm clean and tidy and won't be having any mad parties or late nights in the week as I'm a Teacher!

I enjoy the usual stuff - putting my feet up in front of a DVD with a glass of wine, going to the cinema and meeting mates for a catch up. More often than not I'm marking books of an evening.

I'd be equally happy sharing with someone who wants to watch Corrie with a brew and a biscuit or someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves. I'm very respectful of people's privacy.
