The house is occupied by 3 friendly female students. The house is kept clean and tidy.

The bedroom for rent is a fully furnished double room. It includes a double bed, set of drawers, a desk and chair and a wardrobe. The bedroom door is lockable by key from both the inside and outside.

There are two showers and a toilet in the house. There's a communal living area with a TV and satellite channels! The kitchen is furnished to a high standard with granite worktops, plenty of cupboards as well as having a large fridge/freezer and a built in oven and microwave grill.

There is a small garden to the rear of the property with a set of table and chairs.

The property is in good condition and has been looked after! The landlord is very intensive and is quick to repair any faults in the house!

Preferably looking for a friendly female student between the ages of 18-25.
