Good Size Room - Very Handy for Town

** Available next week ** We're after a girl or gay guy / gay-friendly guy for our house in buzzing Levenshulme.

We have a room coming free with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Our big Victorian house has super fast broadband, a big kitchen, a sitting room and a separate telly room with a 50 inch big screen. There are also two bathrooms.

It's 100 pounds a week including all bills, except energy (which we split).

You'll be sharing with a girl and a gay guy; the landlord stays occasionally.

We're on a quiet street, but very close to Stockport Road for the 192 and 7 mins walk from the train station.

We’re very near Trove and the Talleyrand and just a stroll from the weekly market.

There is loads of green space nearby, including a big, wild country park.

We're after a professional who will treat the house and the others in it with respect.
