Double room in friendly house share

We have a spacious double room in our 3 bed terraced house, available beginning of March. We have a garden, cosy lounge and fully equipped kitchen, a well trained cat called Bea.

We have a south facing grassy garden with fruit trees, a BBQ and seating area, and a small garden at the front of the house where we have a solid bike stand. There is also on street parking at the front of the house. We are also close to Brickie Green which is a communal garden and space, which welcomes the community to use to plant veggies and other plants.

The rent is £500 pcm, and includes wifi, and all other bills (inc council tax).

We are situated on a very quiet street in Levenshulme close to Highfield Country Park and the Bluebell Inn Pub. We are a 2 min walk to the corner shop and just 10 minutes walk to Levenshulme station (7 mins to Picadilly) and Stockport road where you can catch a bus to Manchester city centre or Stockport every couple of minutes. If you cycle we are 20/25 mins from the city centre.

We are looking for a laid back housemate to join us. We like to keep the house tidy and we all pitch in with the various jobs around the house and garden.

Currently at the house is Paul, who works full time office hours (sometimes at home) and Ben, who works full time throughout the whole week. I (Holly) live in Malawi and run a non-profit and eco-lodge, but I come back for a visit from time to time. We have all lived in the house for years, and consider each other friends. We are looking for someone looking for a home to live in, not a short term house share, to enjoy living in our home!
My bedroom, when I am away. Can be used as another space for visitors as long as its respected :)
