Room to rent in quiet terraced house in levenshulme Manchester. Owned by myself,

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Room is furnished with a single bed (can get a double bed if required) drawers and a wardrobe. Ariel connection in the room as well. Bathroom and kitchen is shared. There is a cat as well. Washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave in kitchen. 5/10 mins walk from main A6 and buses into town. Couple of local shops for basics milk, bread etc. There is gas central heating. I am a sociable kind a guy looking for a tenant who will share the house with.
Go to the football at weekends and also enjoy walking in the countryside and then getting home and watching the latest boxset or film on netflix/amazon prime
