Houseshare room available now

Hello! **Update - the room has now been taken. Thanks for your interest and apologies if I've missed anyone when replying to messages.** We have one double room available from 11th January. It comes furnished and has a double bed (you can repaint the rooms if you want). Outside is a decent-sized garden/patio area (BBQs anyone?) which you'll be using if you smoke as it's not allowed in the house. Garage is used for storage. Some pets are okay so do ask, but we can't have cats or dogs - sorry!

Asides from the usual love of music and films there are various things everyone's up to and would likely be happy to share with you (everyone needs their own space but chats in the kitchen are cool too). This house probably suits post-grad students or workers - that said, all are welcome to come view the room and meet us!

Transport links are good: buses to the usual destinations 10 minutes or less on foot, train station 5-10 minutes, Fallowfield 10-15 minutes.

Gas/electricity are split between us so add about £50 pcm for these. Council tax is paid to the landlord in addition to the rent.
