Double room - good transport links

The house: The room available is a small double room available fully furnished. A comfortable double bed with a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and room for storage under the bed. There is a shared main bathroom (currently being renovated so no pictures just yet) with a shower, toilet and sink (no bath). Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen/diner which is all recently decorated, happy to send pics when requested. The garden is a work in progress as only recently moved in. There is on road parking and alternatively there is space round the back of the house if you’d prefer off road.

Lovation: a stone throw from the Walkden centre with supermarkets, barbers, eateries and a range of shops. There are a few pubs local including a weatherspoons. About a 15 minute walk to Walkden train station. 5 minute walk to the bus stop which goes into Manchester stopping through Salford. Easy access to get onto the motorway.

About me: My names Adam, I’m 29, gay and work in healthcare. I work from home most of the time. I’m fairly laid back, in my spare time I like to go out for food/drinks with friends, long walks, shopping and watching movies.

What I’m looking for: ideally someone similar who is easy going, CLEAN and just genuinely decent 😂. As I mentioned I work from home so someone who goes out to work would be better suited.
