Double room - good transport links

The house: The room available is a small double room available fully furnished. A comfortable double bed with a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and room for storage under the bed. There is a shared main bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink (no bath). Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen/diner which is all recently decorated, happy to send pics when requested. There is on road parking and alternatively there is space round the back of the house if you’d prefer off road.

Lovation: a stone throw from the Walkden centre with supermarkets, barbers, eateries and a range of shops. There are a few pubs local including a weatherspoons. About a 15 minute walk to Walkden train station. 5 minute walk to the bus stop which goes into Manchester stopping through Salford. Easy access to get onto the motorway.

About me: My names Adam, I’m 29, gay and work in healthcare. I work from home most of the time. I’m fairly laid back, in my spare time I like to go out for food/drinks with friends, long walks, shopping and watching movies.

What I’m looking for: ideally someone similar who is easy going, CLEAN and just genuinely decent 😂. As I mentioned I work from home so someone who goes out to work would be better suited.
