House Share

Hey everyone

I'm looking fo a lodger for a house share in Little Hulton/Walkden starting in March

There is already one person in residence so you would be sharing the house with him.

The room has a double bed, some basic furniture (you can add pieces where possible) with the rest of the house fully furnished.

The rent per month is £525 with all bills covered including high speed internet.

Ideally I'm looking for someone to be there for 12 months minimum but will consider 6 months if required. We can discuss more if you are interested in private.

The house is non smoking and with no pets however there may be the occasional family dog to stay for the odd week.

The property is a 2 minute walk to Walkden Town Centre and Local gym, a five minute walk to Walkden Train Station, five minutes to all the Major Motorways and there is a bus stop outside the house for transport into Manchester City Centre
