Looking for a lodger near Bolton and Manchester

Art teacher seeking 2 female lodgers
Single room 525 including bills
Double room 675 including bills

Near to Bolton and Salford, great transport links into Manchester too.

Lounge (I’ve just bought the house and I’d like to keep a little privacy here)

I am particularly looking for someone quiet, respectful, easy going and clean.

I am very creative and bubbly but being a teacher I can suffer from burn out so really need my home to be a peaceful place were we can all get along and respect each others space and peace. Saying that I also enjoy a good yap from time to time and an occasional dinner party.
I am a creative in my 30s after all.

I love to become mates with who I live with whilst also respecting space.
I absolutely love animals so I’m open to pets depending on the hygiene levels and behaviour. I love painting and clay so it would be cool if you ever wanna do some crafty things with me.
I am also looking to get a cheap sauna and plunge pool in the garden - so you could defo benefit from these over time if you end up staying :)

I need someone who can get down with the vibes but with super open communication- so if you’re having a bad day I will happily keep it down and vice versa… and I’m mostly very quiet.
I need someone who is the same.

If I leave a dish out because I’m late for work I always text if I remember that’s I’ll clean it up later and I expect the same from my housemates if that makes sense..
Keeping communal spaces as pleasant as possible is important to me. :)
