Furnished double room in peaceful location

I’m renting a room in my home to help with finance .

I have a lovely double furnished room with own bathroom but not en-suite .
In a peaceful area close to Hollingsworth lake ,it’s at the end of a culdesac surrounded by a farmers field .

Good transport links , 5 min max walk to train station ,and close to motorway .

I like my own space and am looking for a similar person who likes their own space and happy to spend much of their time in their own room , watching tv , or just chilling .
I would like to keep the lounge as my own personal area if you’re happy with that .
Looking forward to offering accommodation to the right person in a nice home
