We are looking for 1 lovely person to join us from 1st July 2018. You can be a student or non-student.
The rooms are spacious and fully furnished. Included is: double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the house.
The house is a 20 minute walk to Oxford Road/UoM.
The rent is £92pw - Bills (water, gas and electric), broadband and TV licence is included in this too!
The deposit for the house has been paid by us, so this will need to be paid directly to us once you have signed for the house. Total deposit is £530.
