Rent also includes cost of Bi-Weekly professional cleaners who come in to clean the shared spaces
Currently two other tenants in the house - really nice lads, very clean and keep themselves to themselves
Minimum one year tenancy
Not far from city centre - 10 minute bus ride away from town
Asda and Lidl under a 10 min walk away, with a great international supermarket a 5 min walk away
Quiet house , great for working professionals
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom would be sharing bathroom with one other person - very clean and respectful
Bedroom is a great size , natural sunlight and fully furnished
Great park 2 min walk away - will be really nice as we come up to spring and summer
