Victoria Point double room, basic bigger

Students only - Looking for someone to take over my tenancy over summer from Sat 24th May to Fri 22nd August. The room is a large, spacious, double room with modern furnishings. I am currently sharing the flat with two lovely students, and I share the bathroom with both. During the tenancy period, only one flatmate will be there as the other one has moved back home. The communal space in the flat is just the kitchen, no living room, but there are really nice communal areas in the basements of the blocks. There is also a gym and cinema room that are free to use for tenants. Victoria Point (Hello Student) is a 15min walk from the University of Manchester, 10min walk to Lidl and Tesco. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, so feel free to book a viewing with them to see my room properly. I got my rent at a discounted price of £149p/w, so booking this room will be a lot cheaper than any of the other rooms of the same size that are currently advertised on the website.
