Location is perfect for anyone working in Manchester i. e. 10 minute drive to the City Centre, 5 minute drive to the local hospital (MRI), and local bus stops are 5 minutes walk away.

For those working at the MRI hospital or St Mary's Hospital / Manchester University Hospital, it’s a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, or you can get the 50 or 192 buses which will take you right outside the hospital.

Secure off road parking available onsite (behind the building) or there is usually space outside the building on the road.

Local amenities (supermarket, groceries, butchers, fruit & veg shops etc) are a walking distance (5-10 minutes) or a 5 minute drive away.

Local restaurants and takeaways are a 5 minute walk away on Stockport Road.
