1 Bed flat in Longsight, replacement tenant needed

Hi there, I’m the current tenant at flat 3, 17 Slade Lane and have decided to move out two months before my fixed tenancy ends (originally 13th November) due to moving in with my partner. Therefore I’m looking for someone to replace me ASAP so I don’t have to pay the last two months of rent for nothing. Open to students, no pets or smoking allowed :)

The flat is top floor (up two flights of stairs) and comes with the following furniture/amenities:
-small double bed
-desk
-office chair
-chest of drawers
-cupboards built into bedroom wall
-washing machine
-double leather sofa
-coffee table
-large fridge
-cabinet built into bathroom wall
