Cheap room in one bedroom

I can share my one bedroom flat with you if you need. I will be using the living room as my bedroom. You will be using the bedroom as yours only. You and I will share the kitchen and the toilet . You can use my address for your mail but you may not claim UC while sharing the flat with me as I know that this is temporary for you.
The low rent for this small room is based on the fact that it’s furnished modestly. I want your help dismantling the old furniture when you move and install the new furniture as I am physically unable to that. I will buy you new bedding, new cupboard and a new desktop table ( there is a desktop you can use). This will happen once and you it will not cost you a penny. Finally the deposit is £650 is not negotiable.
