Rent double room for single person

Hello everyone,

My terrace house has 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. My partner and I live in one of the rooms, but my partner currently lives in another city for education reasons and she only visits from time to time.

We would like to rent out our spare room. We are respectful, friendly, and clean people, and we would appreciate someone who is also respectful and keeps the place clean.

All the items in the house are new. The room is ready to move in. At the moment, there is a double bed, but I have ordered a single bed which will arrive on the 18th of this month.

All bills are included in the rent.
