Hello guys!! A huge room is available now at our lovely house. For only 300 pounds (+ a deposit of 1 month rent) you can get this newly decorated and amazing room( all bills are included -wifi, council tax, heatetc...)
At the moment we're four spanish youngsters in the house and we're looking for a British flatmate so we can improve our English. We're all very friendly and charming people and would love to find someone who's clean and tidy.
The house is only 20-30 mins bus to the university of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan. It's also close to Asda, Lidl (10 mins walk) and to two other local shops such as venus (3 mins walk). To sum up, the location is really good.
