Housemate wanted - double room in Longsight

Hi,

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a community, to hang out, cook, listening to music, watch films and have some beers, or get out to the peaks and explore. We usually have a project on, building or brewing something. We want someone who wants to invest themselves in the space and get involved in things.

Bonus points if you like gardening.

The 3 of us you will be living with - Munky is an ecologist who loves the outdoors, climbing and slacklining. Kacper is a PhD chemist learning music production, and I am currently recovering from covid, but hoping to get back to my life of engineering, music and the outdoors in the near future.

We're all pretty easy going and relatively tidy. I like to play some music in my free time - I've got a drum kit and also play bass, so there is a bit of noise sometimes, but the flip side of that is we're pretty tolerant of others making some noise too. I think the key thing with noise is flexibility - being willing to voice your own needs and accomodate others. All that said, it's generally a pretty peaceful house, so please don't let this deter you taking a look! (The room for rent is also on the top floor, so far away from the drums)

The house has one living room with home cinema and bar, one music room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and four bedrooms - all the rooms are spacious and furnished. There is also a sunny courtyard and garden (south facing and fairly private), with bench, bbq and fire pit. We have plans to upgrade the garden facilities a little this summer with built in bbq and firewood storage.

The room is on the top floor, and around 3m x 6m, with a south facing window.
