I am looking for a student to take over my contract of a premium double room in Victoria Point Hello Student accommodation from 27th of May until 29th of August. Move in date is negotiable. It’s a double room with a shared bathroom in a quiet 3 bed flat on the top floor (3rd floor). The building has a lift, private parking space, bike storage, separate laundry room with washers and dryers, security and reception. There are two other girls in the flat, one of which is staying over the summer. Original rent was £130 PW (all bills included), however I am offering £100

The building is 15-20 minute walk to the University of Manchester and other universities on Oxford Road. There are regular buses straight to the town centre as well as local amenities such as Tesco express and Lidl within 10 minutes walking distance.
