This isn’t a house share but isn’t a whole apartment so you do need to respect your neighbours, it benefits from No additional bills as all bills are included: council tax, electric, water, building maintenance, unlimited high speed broadband, a weekly cleaner is included to clean communal areas access is needed to the balcony once a week to water the the plants, access can be given by another tenant.
