Fully furnished double room available in a 4 bedroom duplex flat in Manchester. The 2 rooms upstairs share one bathroom. Schuster Road is a modern development with flats and houses, with a mix of families and young professionals / older students. All the current tenants are moving out; there will be 4 different rooms available from July 2022 - they can all be viewed if needed.

There is a kitchen / living room downstairs making it very social which has a fridge / freezer, a large wooden table chairs, and TV and washer / dryer included. On street parking is available outside for free with plenty of spaces.

Bills are not included, they are split amongst tenants after I pay off each bill. This includes water, gas, electricity, TV and internet. They work out around £50 a month extra.

I have previously lived at the property for 3 years during my time there at university, and have ensure it has been kept to a good standard throughout.
