54 Thomas Telford Basin Two Bed

Hi,

I am currently sharing the above flat 5mins from Piccadilly station in Manchester, and my current flat mate is moving out early November, therefore I am looking for someone to move in, including bills the total cost per month is around £600. This includes electricity, council tax, base rent and broadband/sky. Preferably someone similar to myself who is in full time employment and outgoing.

I would require someone who can rent for the full year, and register with the lettings agency who the Landlord uses. I can arrange a viewing when I am in the flat to show you around.

Just as a heads up I do tend to go out once a week, my current flatmate seems to find me a good person to live with, I can give contact details if anyone wishes to contact him.
