Due to personal reasons I'm transferring my tenancy at iQ wilmslow park. Silver en-suite.

￡163pw which is much cheaper than the price ￡175pw that they are selling now.

All the bills like WiFi are included. There is free gym , study area, private study room, TV wall with dry bar, many social space where you can talk to your friends( and also you can play table tennis in the common area). It's on the 5th floor so it's relatively quite.
A 4 bedrooms flat shared with two Chinese female and one Hong Kong male. They all speak good English and are very nice people.
Great location, about 13 minutes' to the main campus of UoM and 17 mins to MMU. Downstairs are tesco, lidl, worldwide, restaurants and more. Also there are bus stations downstairs where you can take bus to everywhere in the city.
