Double bedroom available in friendly house share, sharing with two other girls who are relaxed and easy to get on with.

The double room available is £340 pcm which includes wifi, water bills and TV license.

We pay gas and electric separately which can be as little as £10 pcm in summer to £40 pcm each in winter. Council tax will also need to be paid if you are not a student, the house falls within the lowest tax band and would be shared with the other tenants (£32 pcm each).

We are very close to the universities, a five minute walk to the MRI hospital and have great transport links (bus stop is just down the road) to the city centre. There are also shops and a petrol station just a few minutes walk away.
