Comfortable double furnished room in N. Manchester

Hello!!

I have a furnished double room available for rent. The property has lots of on street parking outside, a decent sized garden and a shared living space.

The room has a double bed, short wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Looking for a tidy person to rent the room, preferably a professional but a student would be considered.

It's 20 minute walk from a tram stop, then a 10 min tram to town. Or there's a couple buses at the end of the road that go to town. Really close to North Manchester Hospital.

My boyfriend and myself live in the property, we have decorated the available room this year, so it is nice and clean. Carpet is also only a few months old so super soft!
