Hi everyone, I have a student en-suite room available ASAP up until August. Personal circumstances back home means that I will be moving back as soon as possible so I'm looking for another student to take over the tenancy. It is a premium en-suite room available in a lovely student flat share in private halls. A refurbished room fully furnished with plenty of storage, your own private bathroom, a desk and a comfy double bed.

Sanctuary Students Grafton Street is just a short walk from both Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester University. Opposite the Manchester Royal Infirmary and parallel to Manchester Oxford Road, so you will be perfectly located to explore all that Manchester has to offer.

Shared kitchen and lounge area with a flat screen TV.
