I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in this beautiful Deluxe Studio in The chapel student accommodation. Available to move in from 29 June 2019 (Until 30 August 2019).
43, Upper Brook Street, Manchester.

The reason I am looking for someone is because I will be doing my internship outside of Manchester during the summer.
The studio is fully furnished with a ¾ double bed, sofa, smart TV, desk, dining table (two seats) and wardrobe. Private bathroom and own kitchen (fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher).
There is free access to the shared facilities, which include: gym, cinema and study room.
Laundry facilities are available in the common area of the building.
All bills included as well as Wi-Fi internet (excellent connection)

Second floor
There is someone in the front desk 9am-5 pm from Monday to Friday and student ambassadors are always available.
The transaction will be carried out through the Hello Student company, but you need to be a student at a close university.
