Friendly Veggie flateshare

Hi! I am looking for someone to share a two bedroom flat, I need someone for the 1st of August or someone willing to pay August

The flat in very quiet all the neighbours seems young professionals and some small families so far is been really quiet. The flat is 3-min walking to fallowfield village with plenty of bars, pubs take away and a big Sainsbury with plenty of buses 24h, to town, uni and airport (142,143,41,42,43,...) and about 10 min walking to Plattfields

The flat is the top floor, really cosy with an open kitchen-Living room, a bathroom(with bath and a wonderful pressure shower), the double bedroom is good a size, fully furnished and there’s private parking space.
The room is 350pounds per month, bills are not include but the flat is really sunny and warm so, if we are responsible about the using I am pretty sure will be less than 50 pounds each (excl council tax)

I am looking for someone open mind, respectful, animal lover(essential as I have a dog), someone vegan or vegetarian or that is happy not cooking meat at home, someone already home trained (clean and respectful) and ideal someone eco-conscious as I try my best on ZW . I want to make this place a home feeling for both.
I would preffer to live with another woman or/and a person LGTBI+

About Me :) I am a Fashion student l, I love travel, photography, yoga and cuddle my baby boy Pax, he is a shy dog at first but he will give you all the love back, he is tiny, really, really behave and clean( he doesn’t lose hair or smell, and fully house trained).
