Description
Hi I am looking for 2 females for below 2 bedrooms. Room No.1 will be available on 1st August 2025, while Room No.1 will be available after 14th January 2025. As a landlord most of the time I will not be at home, and may come back once in a while for holidays and will sleep in the third room of the house.
Room No.1: a room with shared bathroom on the first floor of the house, available from 1st August 2025
It is spacious and has nice window views overlooking the neighbourhood. There is a super king-size bed, two side boxes, a large wardrobe, a table, and a chair in the room. The standard shared bathroom is next door to it.
Room No.2: a room with en-suite on the second floor of the house, available from 15th January 2025
It is spacious and has a decent bathroom with a walking shower. There is a super king-size bed, a wardrobe, two tables, and a chair in the room. There are skylights both in the bathroom and at the doorway.
The 3-storey 3-toilet 4-bedroom house is with a Nordic minimalist style and the living environment is comfortable. Tenants can share the living room and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is a private packing space outside the garden for the tenants to use for free. There are bus stops and a tram station at the doorstep. Supermarkets, post office, McDonald's, and takeaway shops are also nearby with a few minutes of walking distance. Overall it is super convenient for living.
The rent is £600/month for Room No.1 and £650/month for Room No.2 with following bills included: energy, water, council tax, ground rent and service charge. Internet and TV license are not included and tenants need to solve them by themselves. A deposit equivalent to one month rent is also required.
Professionals or mature students who implement simple, clean, tidy, quite and energy-saving living styles are preferable. Females preferred.
