This is one of the larger rooms in my 4 bed house, I have 2 reception rooms downstairs and a large kitchen.

It takes 20 mins on public transport to Piccadilly Gardens and is very close to supermarkets etc.

I am a live in landlord with a few spare rooms available, furnishings for the rooms can be provided.
