Friendly house with double room

I have just moved into my 1st house with my mate and am looking for someone to help with the bills. I'm looking for kind and respectful people who are happy to socialise with the rest of us. The house has changed a bit but is always clean and tidy.

The house is located in Clayton where it take 20 minutes to get to Piccadilly gardens on the bus. Its a large terrace on a relatively quiet street where there is always parking (Not a main road). It has 2 reception rooms, a big kitchen and a bathroom upstairs.

I have sky and Netflix on the TV which can be used by everyone as well as the fibre optic broadband.

In the kitchen there's a washing machine etc and a double cupboard for each person to use. I have also bought a big double fridge.

There is also a garden with a patio and washing line etc.
