Spacious Double Bedroom

Hi,

Im looking for a someone to take over my current flat mate’s room. The future flat mate will share a bathroom with me but there is also another toilet without bath downstairs. The bedroom is very spacious, can fit a double/king size bed in there and its the bigger of the two. There is a small storage room inside the bedroom to fit anything you like which is a plus. Bills are not included but it is an extra £55 approximately excluding council tax.
The kitchen and living room is pretty big. If you have a car, there is a drive for you to park on. If not, there is a bus stop 4mins walk and its a 10 minute bus ride to Manchester Piccadilly. Its a really nice area, and its really quiet which is perfect. We have a garden which is great for chilling when we have sun. Any more questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
A little bit about me, I'm 25 and currently working full time. I do go out most weekends and during the week I usually just chill, study, or watch netflix.
